A series of costumed characters, a permanent installation, a performance, curated works by other artists, and a series of human-sized maquettes.

The installation treats the project space as a found object. Its architectural elements are sampled and then remade — upside down, back to front, and mirrored. Characters emerge in response to the set’s desire to be occupied and the subsequent performance was a part-improvised, part-rehearsed activation of the characters in response to the emotional context of the site. The project culminated with the creation of three human-sized maquettes reflecting on spatial orientation, architectural form, and the personality and secret lives of objects. Housed at the L’Escaut artists’ residency and presented as part of the Art Brussels OFF Programme in 2024 and 2025.
